Return Policy

In the event that you should want to return flooring to Flooring USA, we offer a refund of the flooring minus a 30% restocking fee. Flooring USA is not responsible for the freight charge that was implemented during the delivery of the flooring to you or the freight charge of the returned product. We must be notified no later than 10 days after you receive the flooring materials. Before sending materials back, be sure to obtain a return authorization number from Flooring USA. Special orders, Dis-continued flooring or Custom Milled Hardwood flooring orders cannot be returned. If the cartons are damaged in any way when they get to Flooring USA’s Warehouse a return will not be processed for the damaged cartons. We do not accept returns on Moldings, Glue, Underlayment, and other accessories to flooring.
